Our generation has the maximum number of depressed and stressed kids.. but what causes depression and stress? please let me know if you have any remedies. I feel taking some time off the internet and a healthy lifestyle choice helps with stress a lot.

#indianEducationSystem
har college me bas marks aur book knowledge par focus kiya ja rha hai.har koi apko apke marks se judge karta hai.lekin aisa nahi krna chahiye because practical knowledge life ke liye bahut hi important hai so har college ko practical knowledge par focus karna chahiye.
thankyou

I think health is always important than your work because if your health is not good, you can't work and that's why there is a famous saying that *heath is wealth* #health #mentalhealth #healthiswealth

#indianEducationSystem needs a rapid change to train the student to be able to improve their analytical skills as well as use all the knowledge practically in the day to day life instead of just theoretically for the Examination.
