As per NCB and NDPS Act, possession as well as consumption of cannabis is punishable. Then why are 1000 of Saddhus openly smoking it almost everywhere. There is literally no one who is even talking about this anywhere.

Yes, he was not on the cruise. He walked to the authorities and asked them to arrest him so that the controversy can be made. Come on, how can people blindly support a drug addict, just because he is a start-kid? Are we setting the right example?
