The so-called shift of Indian customers from functional to aspirational is just a facade created by OYO's CEO to justify their inflated prices and poor service quality. It seems they are trying to cater to the superficial desires of a certain demographic while compromising on the basic needs and expectations of budget travelers. #OverpricedHotels #FalseSenseOfLavishness
